It began twelve years ago, when we decided to open a steak house in Orlando. We knew great beef came from lowa, where we grew up, and that there was nothing better than a steak cooked over real charcoal. W hen you walk into The Butcher Shop Steakhouse, you get the feeling you're in an old world Chicago Steakhouse. From the rich mahogany paneling, candle-lit tables and Italian marble throughout, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. You are invited to select the steak of your choosing and are welcome to grill it yourself. Spices, seasonings and trained chefs will assist the novice in preparing their steak just the way they like it. Of course the chefs are also there to prepare your Steak for you, should you wish to relax and watch.
For large groups and special events The Butcher Shop Steakhouse can accommodate groups of 20 to 300 guests. Private and Semi-Private Rooms are available.
